Was estimating carpet cleaning and Stanley Steemer was cleaning the tile for this lady. WTF? She told them I was coming. They informed her that they could clean the carpet better than anyone- She told them that last time all the spots returned and that was why she had us in to look at it. LOL. They were not overly friendly as I walked in the residence, big scowls on their faces, HA!

Although I don't blame her for shopping around, having you come while they were cleaning was not cool. Don't know If I would want to work for that person.

I do clean tile, she told us they Might be there. I did not care, had to fit the estimate in. We told her we clean tile as well, she did not want to cancel the job with them, I did not want to push it. She is scheduled for carpet cleaning on Monday- hope she keeps the appointment.

I wasnt asking for you to try and bump them out....more curious as to why she called you for carpet and them for tile....bet she snagged a coupon! otherwaise she should have had you do it all. Wink
