Great customers
Have you ever noticed how some customers do a huge amount of work you expected to do....and they do it in a way thats ten times harder than if they let you do it? Today we cleaned a 4 bed liv rm and dine and only had to move one small light weight table because they couldnt fit it in the kitchen or bathrooms....looked like storage lockers stacked to the ceiling....except for where we had to clean...I discounted for the work and was able to concentrate on the carpet that needed some love. we were all happy but I suspect they are still moving stuff in that house.

Re: Great customers
I have a couple like that. They will move everything into the kitchen or the wood floor dining area. It must take them all day to set it up like that.
I always tell them that it isn't necessary, but they still do it. They also vacuum very well and remove the floor registers.
Imagine if they were all like that.

Re: Great customers
We will accommodate both but we do ask our customers to clear the areas as much as possible and vacuum the night before we come.
works really well, and when they cant/ or dont want to move the furniture we price by sq ft
Id say about 90% are more than happy to save a bit of money and move all the smaller items

Re: Great customers
I remember a customer doing that the day of the cleaning and I absolutely had to cancel they were pissed.
What I hate are the ones that think you're a moving company and expect you to move everything

Re: Great customers
Gota love that, but I don't normally give discount for it. Price is still .40+ per sq. ft.
I also always ask customers to move small things, breakables, and personal/non furniture items prior.
