Slow day today

I only have one job! it's a $140 small carpet cleaning about 20 houses away.

Don't you just love those? Make you want to moonwalk I have a 3 roomer with pee pee and a 2  roomer and tile throughout.

I have a 6th floor Penthouse, that I'm not dancing over. Then a King mattress, and then a Quote to give.

I have an entry lobby about the size of our kitchen on the 27th floor. No hot water. Power comes from two long extension cords from the stairwell. One from the 26th floor and the other from the 28th. Did I mention it's white carpet with black streaks and spills? With cold water no less. Don't forget it's the middle of a thunder storm. Does it get any better than this? I would laugh if it weren't the second service call for this one miserable carpet job. The first time they didn't have power cords run even though they promised they would. I wasted over an hour and only managed to vacuum since one of the cords they finally ran had no power. (two cord portable)If it weren't the first job for a new management company I'd tell them to call someone else. Can you say two minimum service calls at $175 each?

That's a good pain in the ass minimum Rainbow. I would have whipped out my Orbot and VLMed that sucker

Just 3 - living/dine, hall, 2 bed room; rentals. Done by noon.

On a side note, I was having problems with my hydro force not spraying at right ratio. I checked ings trice. It was spraying Chen cuz I could see some foaming action if I sprays a spot heavy.  Its been like this for a month or so. Used the 3gl pump up a lot instead. So the other night I was drowsy and the indecent brevic had when he switched from a high PH to a encap. It clogged up. So I checked the tube and, yep it was clogged. Cleaned it mouth and wham, bam...
I had just ordered a new hydra force(generic); just the part that straps to the top of the jug and a nasic 5 qt jug; for $95. No spray gun . I'll try to find a link for it.

I buy the replacement block and tube kits off ebay all the time for routine change-outs. Sometimes you get one that leaks or fails early, but they are cheap enough to carry spares.

I don't want to advertise for the guys, but you will find them under inline sprayer replacement block kit or something like that. I have probably purchased a dozen of them over the last 2 years.

my dema blocks tend to last for a long time, only bad one was the adjustable flow rate one... never will buy those again.

I thought I had a bad block. Replace it 3 months ago, then weak spray. Got 2 years from the previous one. EBay ...$35+ -.
So I will mix hot 12ph in one jug, and my regular spray which is an encap from vacaway, in other jug. And just Change the spray gun back/forth.

I think I might end up regretting adding more EMOs

Were you using the same encap two years ago?

The real question I want the answer to is does encap alone cause clogging, or is it just when mixed with other chems?........."things that make you go hmmmmm". I really wish I knew for sure.

My quote yesterday ended up turning out to be a portable job, way too much of a PITA to access with TM. So I told him he needed to find someone with a portable.

I think Joe told us that encaps will clog up when it gets mixed/contact with a high PH chem . Terry did that with he metered thru the machine and plugged things up.
