I hate emails !
During busy season, I hate when customers email rather than calling, cause most emails end up not scheduling anyway cause they tend to email a bunch of companies and price shop, the other thing is I sometimes end up forgetting about them and not replying until the next day and usually that's too late !

yeah I hear ya, Ive found that every once in a while you need to make a new email account to really cut the spam out.
If you make a new email account and link it to your phone, youll only have job inquiries in there and no bs to sort through.

It just depends on your business model. Being mostly commercial, text and emails is the only I can connect with many facilities managers without playing phone tag all day.
Even in meetings, they can send / receive a text discretely and that prevents the hassles that can otherwise arise.

No spam through my request for a quote page on my site. I also require a phone number in order for the for to be submitted. There are a lot of price shoppers but if you get a chance to speak to them your close ratio does increase.
