Weve been pushing the color sealing lately after tons of research and a good amount of practice. This is a really good service to add if you dont already do it.

Did 2 showers the other day, 261 sq ft steam clean and color seal @ $3/sq ft.

This website and company has a wealth of knowledge and excellent products for doing all sorts of grout work http://colorriteinc.com/

With a Makita, vapor steamer, some stainless grout brushes, good caulking and color seal you can offer some pretty awsome services. Lots of showers out there with nasty grout lines, old crappy caulking and dirty tiles. re-grouting is very expensive, although sometimes necessary... but for the ones that qualify this is great option for your customers (and your wallet)

I like it, lots of potential there. I would have to hire someone with better knees than me, however, as I try to avoid doing anything that requires lots of kneeling....can't even be Catholic any more. Very Happy

Still, sounds good and thanks for the link.

It would be interesting to see how that color seal holds up t the constant moisture?
