Anyone use Bio-Break prespray? Empty Anyone use Bio-Break prespray?

I need to shop for a different prespray tomorrow. I am stuck with Interlink Supply (only local source) due to time constraints and if they don't have a pail of Pro-Zyme I might have to go with the Bio-Break which seems similar except that it includes some citra-solv.

For the last 2 years, the combination of Pro-Zyme + OSR was my favorite mixture on everything, but I let it run out. I am concerned with the citra-solv addition mainly as these buildings don't really want a lingering odor that might be offensive to man or beast. A mild citrus might not be bad, but nothing strong would be acceptable.

That is another option Matt, but I have to clean that same no lighting building again on Sunday and really don't want to use the Grease Eraser again on it.

I have some bio-break.

It's strong smelling, IMO. But then, I haven't used a pile of other stuff either.

Remember that fire storm or whatever it was, that they were giving free samples of ? Bio-break reminds me of that smell.

Yikes, that is a no-go for me then. I found the FireStorm to be the worst prespray I have ever used, so that will not work.

Looks like I will hope that they have some Pro-Zyme on-hand then, but they rarely do. At least a single tub to get through the weekend, I can order more online for the rest.

Crazy how a good cleaner has to either smell bad or make you ill or both. I think I might just stick with the more tolerable stuff and increase agitation with the rotary extractor instead.

I hope the sub flooring is flat, I only used rotary in 2 commercial jobs and I swear I will never clean any commercial building with concrete sub flooring with any rotary ever again, I used Rotovac 360i and Hoss on 2 different jobs and they are both too jumpy and skippy on the uneven sub flooring.
Regarding chemicals, you should try to spray the whole thing before you start cleaning and see if you still have that issues of different results with different batch, I think you won't have that issues, you might have to respray some areas if the areas to be cleaned is more than 5000 sq ft and you work solo but at least you can see if there is any difference in the cleaning process.

Agree completely on the rotaries on uneven floors. The Rx-20 didn't have an issue, but the others sure do. The section that I ran the HOSS on cleaned up well, but left swirls on the uneven areas that required fixing with the wand.

I lucked out at Interlink though, I got the only pail of "Pro-Zyme" that they had. Pro's Choice is a new product for them and they really didn't know much about them so they asked me for my thoughts. I saw that they stocked up on "Firestorm" and "Extreme Clean" which I will no longer use. I don't think they liked my report. Razz
