Variety; the spice of life
Interesting week so for.
Rental- had to RV the living room.
This was a getting house. LL did the rug Dr, and thought it was ok
The water was chocolate milk brown. Haven't had one of those in like; forever.
Church this morning. Had a big coffee spot. Then realised it was a shadow from over head lights. Hadn't had one of those in 20 years. Had to laugh.
Then a spot cleaning. Insulation Co. got some tar spots on carpet(new vent pipe installed, tar for sealing). Tried a spotter, zilch, nada. Told Dave I got something(deep green) but will have to go get it, be back in 20. As I was to leave, there it was in the front cab, between the seats. Man that stuff is amazing!!
I've done: tape residue, tar, mysterious blue and green spots. Lip stick.
If it could be sold cheaper, it could be an all around great pretreater, with some scrubbing!!

Re: Variety; the spice of life
I have fallen for the shadow thing more than a few times...did it again just last week.
Looks like a great success!

So you’re saying the last time you had a shadow tricked you was 20 years ago ?? Damn, you are good !!
It happened to me probably every month ! Lol.
Last time it happened was last month, this lady complained of slight browning, when I say slight, I’m exaggerating, it’s almost not noticeable at all, yes she’s picky as hell, and I had to drive the 2 hours in traffic one way drive to Beverly Hills, it was a 5 minute fix of the “so called” browning, then she saw this line, before I cleaned it, I told her, it might be a shadow, she said what shadow, I said I don’t know, why don’t you turn the lights off ? And we can’t see anything, as it’s too dark to see anything, turned the light back on and I decided to block a painting on the wall right on the “line” and voila, the line is gone, off I went another 2 hours drive back, good thing it was a $ 600 job.
