I like new discovered words. I read one this week, and looked it up.
Abdication: which means to have disregard or failure to fulfill responsibilies of ones duty.
Most all of us are guilty of abdication in our businesses.

Discombobulation "/Can you use that in a sentence please?!?"

*To throw into a state of confusion.
*An embarrassing feeling that leaves a person confused.
