Can anyone guess, its hard to tell from the picture but it was tough to tell in person as well.

Pre vac'd with a kirby, pre treated, and started using the 360 on it... then we realized something was no good.

Got me, I can't tell with the photo taken so far from carpet?

Only thing I see is what looks like a lil bubble/delamination spot a couple feet behind the 360. And the windows in that room look opaque?!?  laughing

OHHHH I SEE IT, you didn't hook the hoses to the 360!!!! LOL  laughing

I see some weird coloring on carpet in lower left corner too??......Is it a bound piece of carpet just laid on the floor, and not really installed??

justification for a CRB, slow pre vac with fresh bag wouldnt do it.. sometimes its just too deep for any vacuum

there was still an entire golden retriever in the carpet, deep down

Ahhh ok that's what that was that I thought was a bubble on the carpet, dog hair!.......

Most of the time you can combat that without CRB just by raking/brushing well along with vacuuming, but a CRB takes the manual labor out of it.  cheers

I just posted this because I couldnt believe how much golden retriever was in that carpet, it looked fine on the surface and if we had used a regular wand we never would have known... carpet would have just taken longer to dry and maybe had a smell...

but the 360 started digging little amounts of it up and throwing them around, ran the crb over it

and it was just puking wads of hair

Just did a house like that. One little beige dog but it looked like he had a dozen buddies over. I was really amazed because I had cleaned this place six months ago and couldn't believe the amount of hair. I CRB'd to agitate after prespray both times because I always do.

Nice pickup on the hairball to catch a problem before it arose. Great to see you went back to the tool to get the job done.
Excellent work sir.

Like I mentioned to Ryan, you can live without a CRB, but if there is pet hair involved...it is golden (sorry for the pun).
