So I do alot of rentals. Late last fall I found out one of the complexes put the contract out to bid and I lost it to a CC who would do it for $10 less than me. Use to be 9 complexes, now 10. 3 weeks ago one of the mgrs call and asked me to do a redo cuz the other CC didn't do a good job; she said I'm just not happy with his work. The carpet still had gum, and chunky crud stuck to the carpet. The edges had debris along the wall. So I do it for $9 more than I was before(that would be $19 more than the othwr guy). Today the GM over all the complexes calls and is basically asking me to come back. 'No problem, at my now higher price I'm your guy'?.

Nice job, some day those property managers will start to understand that not all cleaners are the same.  The price is only one variable in the equation.

Way to go. Glad you got it back. Quality never hurt anybody...... except the ones that don't do it.
