My HF sprayer started leaking real bad where the jug and the meter block cap attach. Chem dripping on my leg on a few jobs. PITA. Finally figured out the little plastic gasket inside the white lid fell out, so there was NO seal. I got some gasket material at ace and cut me a new one.
Here's a pic(I hope I posted it right with thread)
