Great story, I admire your wife and yourself for what you are doing. Sure beats hearing stories about misery all the time.

Its funny, because at the grand opening on Sat, my wife was at the entrance making sure peoples names were on the email lists, and if they made donations to get their receipts...

Anyway a few people would ask which kids were ours (thinking they were downs) when she told them none ours are typical. You would have thought we (well she) was a rock star for helping and doing what she was doing...

Pretty special group of kids....(some parents ehhh little entitled) but the kids are great

I think she is rock star as well, the kids are lucky.

Heck, I took my nieces (triplets-7 yrs old) to the Zoo last week and it wiped me out. To run a place full of kids without collapsing, takes a rock star.

Doug, thats cool. You never told me it was for people with Downs. I am going to tell my wife about this because she works with special ed and has had several students with Downs.
