What would you do?
I scheduled a job on Tuesday. He asked that I call him wednesday to remind him I called twice his voice mail was full. Its for a PM only the second job for them 169.00 ticket 40 minutes away.
Re: What would you do?
One more phone call to voicemail, but this time tell him that you require call back confirmation otherwise a "no show" fee will be charged upon arrival.
It is a PM, trust me, he is getting those messages....probably still pricing the job with you as the Alamo card if he can't find cheaper.
Make him confirm or risk losing more money and he WILL call you back in less than 30 seconds.

Re: What would you do?
It's tough Isn't it ? I had bad experience with not showing up because of unconfirmed phone calls so I usually will show up but in a couple of cases it bit me in my are because they didn't show up, in my case that's small price to pay compare to a bad review online of not showing up to your appointment, gosh I hate that rule "customer is always right"

Re: What would you do?
keep calling. if you can't get him and don't have other work that day, i would just show up...
Re: What would you do?
I called early this morning, I think I woke him up He wanted to know if I minded cleaning it sometime next week and that he would give a call.
SURE YOU WILL
SURE YOU WILL
Re: What would you do?
The old PM brush off....classic.
He found someone cheaper and gave you the delay drop just in case his cheapo cleaner fails to get it done. If he calls next week, he is desperate, so double your price.
