Cleaning The Tower Video
I cleaned this funky looking house yesterday.
The guy that built it had to sue the city to get it built and most of the neighbors hate it. Soon after completion the wife died so he never moved in and it sat vacant for 10 years. The Realtor has spent 3 months just getting it ready to list.
It was over grown with vegetation you couldn't even see the driveway. There was tons of food all over the place, about 50 5 gallon buckets of paint. They found the biggest pack rat they have ever seen living in the place. They found a scary looking dungeon
The roof leaks, one of the windows on the ceiling is shattered and they all need cleaning and he can't find anyone the is willing to clean or fix the windows. This house maybe a tough sell.

Re: Cleaning The Tower Video
W0W that was worth the wait!!.......I love it!!
I bet I could sell my 1300sf 3 bd rm bungalow here in CA and buy that, and retire rich!...what is it listed for, Mo?
I seriously love that place, have always been fond of modern and different. And those Slate floors are great!!....what I installed in my bathrooms here.
I can tell it's a well build house by the quality windows and exterior doors.......I'd bet there's no hollow core doors in the interior either?
I also love the surrounding forest/desert views too.
I'm ready to buy, Mo.......how much is it?!?!

I sure hope you got paid well for all of those work, no wonder he couldn't get anyone to do it, I would've slap $ 1 / Sq ft for that home and drop the hoses from the balcony and just do hwe instead of lugging all those machines through the circular stairs.
Very cool home, until I thought about moving in process and groceries

You probably could Dave the realtor said he's selling for what is cost him to build it. I was guessing over 3 million ,I believe he said they were going to list it for 1.5 Ill post a link once ts listed.
Its pretty solid but the 7th floor celing were I cleaned the last room leaks. Who the heck would build two bedrooms with no walls with seating surrounding the beds?

Actually the realtor office is a refferal source for me. They couldn't find anyone to clean ans repair a;; the glass on the 6th floor.
It was pretty easy just putting my stuff in the elevator to the second and 6th floor. The only time I had to use the stairs was for the last room on the 7th floor.
The balconies with carpet were on the second and 7th floor. You could have dropped the hoses from the second floor balcony and then taken the hoses up the spiral case to the 7th floor. You could have also dropped the hoses form the 6th floor to ground but that balcony was behind the hose and you would have had taken the hoses down the hill full of vegetation and rocks to the van. Yeah I got paid well.

I can think of one industry type that would......want to guess?
How many video jacks are in the walls?

That's exactly what I was thinking Rob What the heck are those two poles at the foot and head of the beds used for?
Re: Cleaning The Tower Video
I still remember cleaning a condo once and the bedroom was surrounded by professional lighting stands. Before my brain kicked in, I blurted out if this was some kind of porn studio?
Long silence followed...then I told her I needed to go back to the truck for my UV light and gloves.

Yes, I always liked the audiences.
Unfortunately, I didn't make that much in my film career to afford that 1.5m dollar house. But I sure would love to own it.

Re: Cleaning The Tower Video
ya the seating design is weird, who would want to sit in a bedroom surrounding the bed?
Very interesting house though, really unique design but I would never want to live there.
Theres a neighborhood here called Magnolia and many homes are built into super steep hillsides, such a pain to work on. We landscaped one and had to charge the lady 2300.00 to install 400sqft of sod in her backyard due to access.
She sold the house and said "im moving to texas, bought a 4500sq ft rambler! I hate this house!"
after a while like Dp was saying the groceries get so annoying, although this lady didnt have the option of an elevator, just lots of stairs... I think it was about 60 to the front door, then a 4 story house.

Re: Cleaning The Tower Video
Actually its easier to get groceries up to his house than it is to mine. He walk out of his garage to elevator and up he goes. I just have to walk upstairs to get to my kitchen.
I just found out the owner was also the architect and I doubt the house was built to live in it full time.
