Why am I overweight

So Im busting my ass off on the job going up and down stairs, dead lifting  a 100 lb orbot, swinging the wand, kneeling and bending sweating like pig and I still weigh 205.

My wife wants me to work out. fudge that I just want to sit on my ass. I'm beat

metabolism,     our enemy once we hit over 30 lol.

Im heavier then that but not a ton of fat, I do a lot of push ups/sit ups

I thought you couldn't get it up when have low T.

ya low T can do that too but not necessarily.  


mostly it kills your energy and you always feel tired and burnt out,    when your lacking that hormone you cant metabolize food properly so all the fat you eat doesnt turn to energy but just turns to jelly rolls lol

any kind of weight lifting,   even just a 10 minute work out releases natural Test.    

also over the counter natural supplements u can take but best to talk with the doc and get the level tested first


usually when you see a guy with moobs (man boobs) his T levels are low, and his estrogen levels are way high... comes from eating bad food, lacking sleep, and being married (jk lol)

The last I had my blood checked the doc said I would die an old gieezard. He didn't say a slim old geezzard though.

I guess if you 5'6", then you gotta do something.

Eat 5 - 6 times a day, eat healthy foods, subway, or if you go to Chinese food, get white rice and grilled chicken with as little sauce as possible, low fat foods basically, ALWAYS eat when you're hungry, try that for a month and you'll shed 5 lbs minimum GUARANTEED !!

That's 60 lbs / year, but if you're not out there cleaning for 8 hours a day you have to hit the gym and do cardio.

The real secret to looking fit for life are just 2 things:

1. Be sure to pick your parents. Genes are probably 80% of it.

2. Be tall, you can carry more weight without looking too bad. How many people would call John Wayne fat? He was, but he carried it very well.

That the prob Matt i'm 5"6. I think thats the ticket DP cardio, I sure as heck can't that many time a day.

II think what wiped me out today is I only had 16 ounces of water on a 3.5 hour job. Don't laugh Rob.

Mo, when you wake up, have coffee and wheat bread, at 10 after your first job have some healthy snack, like some nuts, almonds or walnuts, lunch can be subway or just non greasy fast food joints, around 2 - 3 snack again, and then dinner, steak or grilled chicken with controlled portion of carbs, avoid bad carbs such as ravioli, fried rice, french fries, etc. Then before bed, have some fruits and low fat yogurt, there you go, 6 meals per day, you don't even have to go to the gym every day with that plan.
I usually charge $ 75 / hour for that plan but for you and the members of this forum it's free

I would add oatmeal for breakfast....or lunch....or dinner.

It will keep you feeling full for a long time and I can direct you to over 140 recipes for it.

I think part of the problem is my wife cooks and loves pasta.

I actually got down to 180 3 years ago when we got married she dieted like crazy and I joined here. I exercised but you guys are right I changed my diet.

Go meatless with the tacos, boiled eggs, steamed whole grain rice, no bread, and fish; eat more fish.

I just save the picture to my computer and use the "host a photo" option on the board's tool bar (3rd item to the left of youtube button). Then you just highlight the second uploaded option and paste.

It takes more steps, but it allows you to re-size the photo as well.
