Since the last time I had a back ache and it happened today, I got some back spasms while I was doing squats in the morning at the gym, it shucks, stupid me I kept going, lol.
And not learning my lesson, I'm back at the gym this evening with back braces, duh Evil or Very Mad
Good thing is due to lifestyle changes and diet changes, my back spasms aren't like they were, they used to put me to the ground, now it's just flaring up with certain positions, it's amazing what you put inside your body can do to you.

Don't play around with your back DP take it easy. A long time ago I used to get back pain so bad I couldn't roll out of bed. Listen to your body

10/12 years ago, I had the worst back pain. Sometimes I would get out of bed and just hang my lower legs on bed, so my lower back was off the floor, to try to relive some of the tension and pain.

I've since bought one of those inversion tables you hang upside down on, that seems to really help in times like that.

Nearly every weight lifter ends up with a screwed up back, your body is warning you loudly...switch to cardio and lighter weights.

As for the revelation regarding what you eat having an affect on you...I am an expert on that problem.  I had to clean 3 commercial buildings today while running to the bathroom every hour thanks to eating a slice of pizza.

I knew better, but it had been years since I ate pizza and couldn't restrain myself.  Well, I guess the body won this battle...must have lost 5 lbs in water weight tonight.

Maybe I should write a diet book, "How to lose weight without exercise. make yourself sick".  I'm an idiot.

Yeah, the last time I had back pain was a few years ago and I think this time I was trying to push it and see how far can it get me and I have to say it has gotten a lot farther than ever, also in the last few days I had been moving a lot more furnitures too at customer's homes.
The worst times would be in the morning and evening, waking up and relaxing, I had to do a few stretches before fully getting up.
Last time it happened it took a few weeks before fully healed, we'll see how long it takes this time, thanks guys.

I have only injured my back once and it took a week to get back moving around and another 6 months to fully recover. It seems that this injury is always caused by the same thing.....over-confidence.

In my case, I was in good triathlon condition and was due to fly out to compete in Daytona Florida the next morning. Well, we got slammed with 7 inches of snow, so I went out and started shoveling.

I felt strong and ended up shoveling the entire block (sidewalks, curbsides, and 2 driveways) before feeling a little "tight" in the lower back. Well, then my sister called to tell me that she was stuck in a drift.....I shoveled her out and the driveway.

I still felt okay until I sat down to eat dinner. No more than 5 minutes later, by back was in a severe spasm and I was out of commission. I even had to skip the vacation to Florida in favor of muscle relaxers and laying on the floor.

Professional weight lifters are always getting back injuries, but not carpenters. They both do a lot of bending and lifting heavy objects, but the carpenter knows that he isn't invincible, the weight lifter thinks he is.

In the past I have always had a chronic injury towards the end of the busy season. Like shoulder pain, elbow pain, wrist pain. I think its because you've been working too much.

No doubt about it Mo, repetitive motions all add up. That Wand-eeze should change that a little by giving you more options and angles....at least that is what I am hoping for.

(Owning a hot tub wouldn't hurt either)
