detailer comparisons
I've been using a Cobra tool for areas that my spinner will not fit, but I've been considering one of those mini-spinners. I've stayed away from them so far simply because it uses a round head when you are trying to clean against a square wall, so you would still be missing areas like the full-size spinner.
So, what do you think? Are the mini-spinners worth using over a tool like the Cobra?

Re: detailer comparisons
I tried an SX-7 for some counter tops a while back and I really liked it. It also worked well for getting around toilets. I like the look (and pricetag) of the westpak one more. I will purchase it eventually, assuming it works as well as the SX-7.

Re: detailer comparisons
have the metal mini master and its probably my favorite tool/thing to do! Not just for the easy money, it is really just fun and cool to me.
For smaller bathrooms Ive ended up just using it vs busting out the big WP spinner for a 3x7 section. It flys through showers, counters, backsplashes etc.
No tool is ever gonaa get every little corner or crack, but with the westp..... I think I made a video hold on!
Other things ... just like a big spinner you can lift it on its side and blast at an angle for corners, also the handle is movable so you can adapt it for whatever you are cleaning. As far as I can tell the spinner action should give you better and faster results vs using something like the cobra with just standard jet.
Dont you have that pmf hard surface tool too?

Re: detailer comparisons
I remember that modification Charlie. I think you did a video using it clean a brick fire place.
Re: detailer comparisons
That's a great video Charlie! I really like that mini-spinner and your mods. are well devised...I just purchased a dozen 45 degree fittings and needed to find a purpose for them.
The only reason I hadn't considered them before is that I worry about the stainless steel if using an acid on the tile. Have you seen any damage from that or does the water flow off-set the risk?
