Be careful out there Empty Be careful out there

I stopped by the local distributor to pick up some things and saw a fellow cleaner's van in the back all busted up. He was hit head on by another motorist, wasn't his fault at all. Despite it not being his fault, the other vehicle had a young child sitting in the front seat without restraints.....was ejected out the windshield and ended up under his van.

All parties survived and the child is expected to recover from multiple fractures, but it has to be tough on the cleaner witnessing that and still having to get out of bed. I don't know the guy, but my heart goes out to him as well as the child...both innocent players in this ordeal and both will take years to recover from it.

Be careful out there. Don't be in a hurry. Don't be on the phone while driving. Just be careful!

Wow ! my heart breaks just reading that !
Yes I'm guilty of scheduling while driving and texting while driving, I will have to minimize those activities especially in LA traffic, thanks for the reminder Bob.

I'm not sure if he will ever go back to cleaning. He doesn't know if he ran over the child or if it was the curb, but he still hasn't bothered to address the repairs and is laying low for now.

Feel really bad for all persons involved....I am putting the phone down and slowing down as well when I drive.
