Cold weather
Cleaning in cold weather sucks and I don't ave any snow on the ground. If I lived in some of the areas that are getting hit with snow and cold I would have to find something else to do. Can yo tell I'm venting Off I go

Re: Cold weather
Unlike Saiger, I don't clean when the temps are too low...just not fun solo and the risk for damage is high.
I just had 2 calls for bookings omorrow, but it is supposed to be 8 inches of snow on the ground and -11 at daybreak. Real feel temp for Wed. is barely zero. I tried to postpone it until this weekend, but he had a deadline....I had to pass.
Every year I threaten to move South to escape winter business, but I'm still here. Why? Well, when I asked a an old Russian once aboard ship if it was really as bad in Russia as we are told (this was back in the mid-80's), he said that all the stories were true. I then asked him that if things were so terrible, why doesn't he move? He thought about it said. "We are Russian."
Best answer ever....it is all in the mind, Mo. Whistle why you work.

Re: Cold weather
Nothing boiling water can't solve, unless you use a huge water tank, then yes that won't solve the freezing issue, otherwise just pour some boiling water into your 5 gallons fresh water tank and it should melt all the frozen water in your line :-)

( <---- this Canadian just laughs to himself )
bring extra quick connect inside, put on solution line crack open and leave inside vac line = clean in -35 and worse no problem. Just need to do that when stopping for more then a few min. PITA yes but o well lol

Re: Cold weather
Well, unless if you're in Canada where it's -30º, then yes boiling water won't help, lol.

Re: Cold weather
Yeah Dustin if you had my weather you would be wearing summer attire. Sort of like if you were to visit Phoenix when it's 120 degrees you would probably pass out
