if running low and no local supplier in time just use an olfa knife and cut them out of a regular rotary scrub pads

That's what I do..........Get 20" pads, and you can cut 2 maybe even three out of it.
Using the backing plate just trace around it and start cutting w some good scissors.  cheers 

Takes a bit of time, but when you can't get small ones quick...............
