You guys busy
I finished up at 7:30 today and I'm beat. It's been a crazy month record volume luckily my boy's last day of school was today and he can start helping out.
How's everybody else's month? Any injuries? I think I might have pinched a groin muscle humping my OP machine out of the van,

Just thinking about swinging a club makes my back hurt. Gotta work Saturday too. Anyone get massages? No T don't out up your nasty Asian massage video
Re: You guys busy
ya busy, not as much volume but grossing more. driving less, less calls, less customers
Re: You guys busy
Not slammed with residential, but commercial is rocking.
No cleaning injuries, but fighting a groin strain after a training run...makes things interesting.

Same here. Although we have been scheduling more residential this month. I looked at the number projection last night and we are showing a little increase, some areas good some not so much. I like to keep an eye on it so I know where I need to work on more and where I'm doing well also.
No injury from me on the training runs, been doing good here. We hit 2 mile run this week, felt real good afterward.

Re: You guys busy
After long ass winter people are wanting things cleaned. Been pretty busy.
I use a 7 foot folding wheel chair ramp to unload equipment. That has saved me.

Re: You guys busy
Been really busy but school ends today for summer break and with it being a holiday weekend work will slow next week.
Re: You guys busy
bought a nordic track treadmill on craigslist for 100 bucks. Been doing a few miles here and there, no injuries yet lol
Re: You guys busy
Busy here, not as many customers but larger size jobs, 4 - 5 jobs that takes all day, can't complain. Just absorb the blessings :-)

Re: You guys busy
Surprisingly busy (for me) on the commercial end.
The brutal winter was a definite business killer that practically shut things down for a couple of months, but it's turning out to be somewhat of a blessing because everyones carpet is trashed from all the salt and slop that was continually tracked in all winter.
No complaints here.

It's good to see everyone is busy and I'm very grateful for the work.
I would like to exercise more but I don't have time in the morning and I feel I should save my energy for the day and the last thing I want to do after working all day is excersise

I felt the same way Mo. You would be surprised at how much energy you have when you say run/ walk a few miles. I was a slug when I started a month ago. It was painful to bend over and tie my shoes in the am. After a month of running a mile four to five days a week, I feel great! I lost that little pudge I developed too.
I even got Rob to give some encouragement and helpful training guide.
Hijack over! Back to being busy talk. Lol
