What I zippered today :)
We have hit a slow time the past week with the Holidays coming, so I gave my son in law a paid day off for his anniversary, and went out and was "old school" again cleaning by myself.
At 53 years of age....still got it....even with the limp in my right knee from all my past snowmobile and jet ski racing days (got sized for a dial knee brace too the other day....LOL)
Anyway, I just keep doing experiments with the Zipper to see what it can do.
Had this pretty wore nylon and the owners just wanted to get a few more months out of it. Moving into this home the other day.
Pics really don't do just showing the "Cow Trail" as my son in law would call it and soil level....
The nap of the carpet in the traffic areas was so worn down, the twist on the carpets were kind of knotted together.
Gave it a good pre vac and took my time to see if the beater bar could lift anything.
Layed down our Harvard special blend, gave it a CRB treatment with the 10" and white standard brushes (Rotary Extractor on back up
With the cold weather, I just kept a female connector feeding into the vac hose a slight bit while I gave it a good crb treatment and not freeze up.
Hooked up the Zip and said "what the heck, let's give it our best"....Dang....the thing really fluffed back up!
We were all happy....Hero status!!
Anyway, just wanted to share as I keep trying things with our zippers.
Really like how they can clean for us, and also the dry times are amazing....
All the "purty toys"
This was the worst area from sitting in front of a chair....I couldn't pull the fibers apart when I arrived....
Just before grooming....nice and fluffed up again
Wish there was better lighting .....lots of shadows here
Anyway....just sharing some of the fun I guess you could say I was having

Great Job. It's nice to see the transformation of something considered ready for replacement.
