Oreck Orbiter will be here tomorrow!

About $360 on Amazon- couldn't resist. Also got the Orange tile brush and the Black carpet brush. Plan on using it for mainly carpets and tile. Hope it works out. Got this because of the compact size and light weight. As I stated in a previous thread I have a demo on grease soaked paving stones coming up Monday. Hope this does the trick.

Make sure you watch SixShooter Bill's youtube video mod on how to lock the handle, so you can "Heal/Toe" control it like a normal floor machine.
The stock floating handle doesn't allow you that kind of control.

you dont need the lock, I use mine all the time it moves very easily.. its side to side instead of front back like a 175.

orbiter is seriously like the best tool on the truck, its so light and fits stair treads perfectly... the way the head pivots you can scrub the risers, nose everything.

your gonna love that thing el D, its like a mini 175 with all the same attachments available

Cool spray tank, when you think you found the tool another one pops up, wonder how much those are. I drove 2 hrs one way and bought my oreck for 140.00 brand new from an old grandma that had no use for it. Came with bonet, cleaners and the horse hair brush. Works great when I dont want to lug out the 175.

It does look very nice for small areas.

This is also what had concerned me 5 years ago with all this encap cleaning. Home owners are becoming more like Europe now with the embracing of home encap cleanings. As more home-use machines become common, the pro encap guys are going to struggle to find work as the residential market will close to them.

It is just a matter of time folks. All that great advertising about how much better encap is and then showing them a 175 that they could operate themselves might be catching up with that part of the industry. If it doesn't take a special skill or expensive equipment, then why should a home owner need us at all?

Bissel isn't coming out with an easily affordable TM any time soon.

exactly, theres already tons of DIY encap setups you can buy

getting a commercial job here that you can encap and get paid for it is like near impossible, literally every janitorial company runs encap equipment

but close to none besides cintas has truckmounts
