how many of us have assistants, and technicians. wouldn't it be nice to have a them on board too. I have been thinking about inviting our technician to join. I have always thought it would bring some good perspective to the board other than just owners. I think we do have some technicians here already, i just was thinking how it would help me develop my out look on different areas. what do you guys think?

My tech would never contribute unless there was a beer involved. I would guess that the only techs who would contribute are the ones that really are owners or about to be one.

Good idea, but I agree with Milspec. My guys love there jobs, love that they get paid on time, and love that they don't have to think about work as soon as their van is parked at the end of the day... I have trouble just getting them to visit my web site occasionally Rolling Eyes
