Cheap repeat customers !

I always try to work with repeat customers, but this one I was sick of, he asked me on the phone if I would price match last year's invoice of $ 300, I asked him to send me a copy of that invoice and that shocked me because a past employee was under charging him by a lot and I overlooked that invoice, I told him unfortunately I can't price match that, we worked out a deal of $ 50 more and when I got there he asked 2 extra rooms to be cleaned and pretended that it was part of the deal, I showed him the invoice and it says 2 rooms not 4 rooms, I charged him $ 50 more after measuring the whole place, apparently the 2 rooms we cleaned last were the biggest rooms, the additional 2 rooms were 2 small bedrooms, he haggle and haggle, I stood firm, he agreed, I wrote the "future" pricing on the invoice with a disclaimer "current pricing" and told him that if there are no increase, this is going to be the price on the next service, his eyeballs almost jumped out of his face, lol.
