What type/brand Upholstery Protector do you guys use, that you know works well? confused 

I'm in need, and figured I'd see what you use before I buy something. study

I always use 3M, got a great deal from jon don, I actually need to order some soon, if you want to get a couple of gallons let me know soon, about $ 40 / gal, can scotchgard about 1000 - 1500 sq ft of carpets and about 8 - 10 sets of sofas and loveseats or sectionals.
That price is with my discounts due to the chemical quantity I'm purchasing from them, they will not sell at that price to just anyone :-)

I like green guard by tri-plex. It is great for upholstery and safe on all fabrics. It is a polymer base not fluero and it is relatively cheap per sq ft about 1 cent.

Solvent or water based may be the decision to make first, before deciding on a brand.
