We use the DataBase Professional software from MySoftware. It was a package that cost $29.95, bought it 8 years ago-- you design your own set up- We keep all the info on it, and its great for dates and followups

You sure got your monies worth with that software William.
Dave I'm not doing a good job at reminders I just send my database a generic postcard twice a year. I'm way behind the time when it comes to CRM. I use excel and put all the data in there

We do not mail all 1500 at one time. We send out reminders with their last clean date on them Ex: 10/07/2012: We design our own postcards, (110) paper stock- use photoshop software. We will send out on 6 months, 12, 18, etc. We have mass produced the best cards, one with our granddaughter -has been very successful over 3 years- we had 5,000 produced. We use our laser printer- and ink jet- cost after 1st class is about $. 52 cents each- normal 200 - 300 pieces at a time.We have a client that is a printer-when we do newsletter- legal size both sides, he prints, folds, tabs, his permit bulk rate and sends to post office $ .54 cents-The software I mentioned, is very easy to use for lists and dates. This has been our marketing for over 12 years- no yellow pages, no val pak, We work strictly referral- normal we are booked out 2 weeks in advance- mom & pop operation- my wife is my assistant
