I hope I get paid

I received a call last week from the local management company. They were looking for a cleaning company that used the process that doesn't involve all the hoses  It was for the local armed services recruiting office. A few years back I cleaned the local jewelery store for an out of state PM and I never got paid so I was a little hesitant.

 I decided to do the job was able to haul my equipment to the office from the van in two trips was done in about 40 minutes so it was a good paying job. I hope I get paid.

PS. Beware the jewelry store is in all the malls it starts with the letter Z and ends with an S

I don't know what store you are talking about ( I am not a city slicker).
Why hide it anyhow? They screwed you, so it should be talked about.

Actually Freemind it was was the PM that screwed me not the jewelry store. It was Zales.

What sucked is that they wanted me to clan all the stores in two counties I referred three store to someone else and they got paid and I never did

If it was an Armed Services Recruiting Office, you got lied to.

It was funny cause I cleaned the Navy office and the Air Force and Army asked if I was cleaning theirs

That's why my policy is if they're new customers payment is due in full after I'm done with work, residential or commercial, no exception, if they do it on regular basis, the 3rd cleaning and beyond I can make exception, but I hardly do billing, if I trust them and they're not there when I'm done, I'll take off and just let them know that the bill is not paid and I'll collect it on the next cleaning or if I'm in the area I'll swing by and get it.

That's funny Rob, lol.

And CASH ONLY on move outs, no exceptions.

The only reason I did this one is the mall management is there in the mall and I met and delivered the invoice in person. As far as move out I don't require cash
