Yodle called again

You guys know how these telemarketers are using local area codes so that you pick up the phone. Well the suckers got me on this one. So the guys asks if I would be interested in more jobs blah blah blah.

I told him I was 65 years old and I just couldn't handle on anymore work. He said, "Oh. OK thank you very much"

On good days my sales calls to total calls ratio is about 30%, on bad days it can be 70%, which can be exhausting answering those phone calls

Same thing happened to me last week, Mo.

They started out by asking if I was interested in doubling my business? I told him that I had no interest in increasing business, this was just a mafia front for an illegal casino in the back.

He didn't seem surprised at all, must be a common response.

Sad part is that he called again today, but I didn't answer it. I guess they can't take a hint.

Im to the point were I dont answer the calls idf there not arizona or california area codes

Those guys probably get hung up on 200 times a day

Sorry you asked how did they get local area codes, easy, they use google voice or vonage, $ 25 / month for unlimited calls in the US.

yes they're annoying, once I had one that calls 5 times a day for a whole week non stop, the followin week I picked up and told the lady that the owner of this business is under arrest and that I was the private detective that investigating the murder and I need her full name, phone number and address, she told me she's going to transfer the call to her supervisor, I told her if she do that I'm going to charge her with obstruction of investigation, I can tell she's shaken up, I kept insisting for her information and finally she transferred the call to her supervisor and I hang up, the calls stopped for a few weeks

I've gotten to the point I'm the same way, just ask DP. lol

I'm sure I'm loosing business because of it but I'm so fed up with the sales calls I just can't do it most of the time.

I've had angie's list buggin the $hit outa me now for a couple months...........I guess I'm now on their radar because I have 3 reviews on there?

I've also gotten 8-10 calls from yodle in the last couple months too.
