Your demographic customers.

Mine is pretty much middle age, 30s to 40's young families, although I prefer older demographic ( much more mature, more understanding, much easier to deal with as long as you respect them ), I'm grateful for my demographic because they're young families, most likely their children or their pets make messes that needs cleaning up a couple of times a year.
What's yours and are you happy with them ?

Homeowner Homeowner Homeowner first and foremost.

Then a person that price isn't their number one concern, but rather looking for quality work done by an honest and trustworthy person.

If I have those two, I usually have a great customer for life, and they and myself are happy.

Event center commercial (Zoo, Museum, Theaters) with a residential customer list being 55+ in age with a household income of around 70k average.

I love my commercial, but the residential isn't the best for me as they are normally very critical of the smallest detail....always feel like I am 16 taking my driver's exam.

Retired folks enjoying their retirement with two dogs that have the money to hire people to maintain there property while thee have fun traveling, socializing etc

mostly all homeowners, I would say most are in the software industry since its so big around here.. also lots of boeing employees

The age range varies, not a ton of elderly most are 30-60. Most eldery people here live in condos and we arent really geared towards tough access cleanings.
