Customers are not loyal !

Got a repeat customer called earlier today and asked for same day service for coffee stains, told him can't do it, scheduled him for Wednesday and told him if we have an opening today I'll call him, around 2 pm called him and told him I can go there then and he said oh I forgot to call you, I was going to cancel the appointment, I got it done already, I was like ok, I'll cancel your appointment, I seriously am thinking of putting his number on auto reject list.
I don't care about competition, I care about being considerate, call me right away and cancel it right away, if I didn't call him, I bet you that slot is stuck on my schedule and that will cost me $$ from not being able to schedule other customers and also possibly having me or my tech end up waiting for the next customer on the schedule that day.

If that was his first time....let it pass. If he is known for this, throw a flaming bag of poo on his door step and add a note to his profile.

I tend to give repeat customers the benefit of the doubt but yeah some people are inconsiderate. It would be interesting to see if he calls you next time. Gibe him a call tomorrow to see how the cleaning went

You know that they cleaned it up with "Resolve"....you just know it.

Afew years ago I had 2 townhouses from the same customer. Booked 5 days apart. I billed her $15-20 more than she's use to paying. She was mildly pissed; and cancelled the other appt. She'd got someone else. 3 months later she call to schedule as if nothing happened.
Been doing regular work for her since.
I'd say that the guy that was cheaper, wasn't good enough. At least that's how I'm telling it.

At least he's honest, he said he got someone else to clean the spots, I guess we'll see if he's going to call me in a couple of months and end up with brown spots, lol.

You know, I get really lucky. When I have a day that just ends up empty, it fills same day with someone in dire need. so I try to leave gaps for these premium jobs. This week was left open 100% as im getting ready for my round in Vegas and it was an amazing week so far....by Tuesday I was at $2100....today got messed up a little but tomorrow will be awesome! my week will be nice just before leaving. Not sure if I should have someone take my calls or try to take them while in Vegas myself?????

Devon, Mil and DP are like the energizer bunny. They just keep going and going and going. They're going all the way to the bank!!
