Steambrite review.
I'm about ready to pull the plug on the new upholstery tool from steambrite but I started googling and found out that their shipping is very slow, they do mostly drop ship but that's not a valid excuse because I've ordered stuff from Jon don and they had the manufacturer drop shipped and I received it in about a week, I had a feeling that their processing time is very slow, for me a fast shipping is valued much more than measly a few dollars of savings, not to mention that they have a pretty much a no return policy, 25 % restocking fees are freaking ridiculous, Jon don NEVER charged me for restocking if I return some parts that were wrong / doesn't fit.
Did you ever buy from them and how's your experience ?

Re: Steambrite review.
I tried to buy a blower from them last year when mine died. I called them and they verified they had one in stock, I asked them to physically look and make sure it was the right blower, they assured me it was the right blower for my machine. Well long story short, the day it was being shipped out they called and said it wasnt the one they thought. Everyone I spoke with seemed to not know what they were doing. That was my first and last shopping experience with them.

I've bought from them, and yes it's slow shipping with the drop shipping........but their prices are usually good. If you can find about the same price somewhere else, I'd prob buy elsewhere though.

Re: Steambrite review.
If you haven't purchased from them lately, you will be surprised. Last year, they were terrible, but the last items I ordered included frequent shipping updates and arrived rather quickly.
I think they have cleaned up their act greatly in the last 4-6 months.

Well that's good to hear.......because their prices are hard to beat, so if that's the case maybe they are the place to order from now!

I used to purchase from them but very rarely anymore for that same reason. I used to deal with Sandy - not sure if she is still there - and she always provided good customer service. The last few time I called and emailed with questions the guy I talked to was a dick.

That was probably Richard.
(Sorry, couldn't resist that one)
