2015 price increase/ gas prices

dont forget to do it guys...     these are expensive times we live in and customers have to accept that everything gets more expensive as years pass.

If your charging the same as 5 yrs ago your really hurting yourself,     I got some teriyaki today and it was $14.00


much easier to do it gradually then try and spike each bill by 75 bucks suddenly


gas prices likely wont stay this low for too long,     they have only been driven down because Saudi Oil hit the terminal mark where the US decided its now worth it to start using our Shale Oil reserves,   which is actually kind of scary that the time finally came.      

I know this because my gramps worked for union oil (76) and helped develop the process for refining shale oil, he always told me one day we will start burning it in your lifetime when middle east oil prices get too high.

I'm in everything is more expensive now than it was five years ago except maybe real estate

Maybe you will be heard, because most of us are just laughed at when talking higher price, to the point it's a waste of time doing it.......oh well, it's their lost and only hurting those who think charging higher price is some kind of joke. Can't deal with the deaf ya know.

Well, I'll start with this, big huge commercial job I just did in 10 minutes, while we were waiting she invited us to the office kitchen, and told us we can have whatever we want from the kitchen, I took pictures but for some reason the free hosting thing asked me to log in, don't know how and why, anyway we're talking a full fridge with all kinds of sodas, snapples, naked juices, etc, keurig coffee, all kinds of snacks on the rack and 5 trays of fresh cooked meats and salads, oh I forgot let's get back to the job, it was 30 sq ft and $ 175, I immediately asked if she wants to be put on automatic scheduling once a month for $ 25 discount

Like I say, I love commercial work!

We used to clean a computer station that monitored the area ATM machines. Basically, when a ATM was low on funds or sustained some kind of issue, it would send a service signal back to this station. Two guys would record the signal and schedule the repair.

Well, they kept a fully stocked fridge with every soda you could think of and various snacks. The employees just sat there playing video golf on the computer all day for $25 / hour.

We would go in at night to clean about 800 sqft, down a few sodas, and kick the guys butt in golf at the Masters. Not a bad way to spend the night.

I just meant whatever you charge now to stay in business and continue growing your business while covering everything

be sure to increase it by a bit, whether you charge 75 bucks or a thousand bucks

we have all structured our business in a way that works for us but prices have to increase each year these days

This actually reminds me I have to charge a $ 10 income tax surcharge fee
