Here's my latest wood floor cleaning story...
So I am doing the carpets at this move out and passing over this wood floor the whole time. At the end the owner is standing there admiring my work and I tell him I can clean this wood floor real nice too. He says "go ahead" Not even the normal how much first. I made an additional $200 in an hour. Gotta love it baby.
So your next questions is going to be what did I use? Or how did I do it? I put 3 ounces of Soils and Oils in a gallon and a half of warm water. I put in my glad pads I still have around from when I tried to do VLM. I put one in the water then ring it out real tight. I set that wet pad (remember these are cotton pads like cotton bonnets only much thinner) on the wood floor. I set my 175 rpm floor machine on the pad. The machine is equipped with a pad driver and a red floor pad already attached. Now I just pull the trigger and move around the floor. The pad will get dirty and start to make it hard to maneuver the machine in as little as 20sf but I usually get 50 sf per side.

Nice going Ken. Cleaning wood is easier than cleaning carpet, You do have to manage expectations though.
