Waiting for customers.
Do you guys charge any fees if you have to wait for customers or you just have tons of patience in this issue ? Most of our customers are good with time but there are a couple here and there that says oh I'll be there in 5 minutes and didn't show up until 30 minutes later.

Re: Waiting for customers.
I don't mind waiting for them to come home if it s only 15 minutes or so because you can start unloading stuff. What I hate is when you're there at 12 and you still have to wait for them to clear the clutter in the room you need to clean.
Re: Waiting for customers.
I don't charge any fee as long as it doesn't get out of hand.
Things happen in everyone's life that can screw up one's best intentions to be on-time. I would like to think that the customer would show me the same consideration if I am running late.

That's a very good point!!
The only problems I have with waiting around are, if it's going to then make me late to my next appointment, or if It's one of those type of people that just doesn't value others time. You know the type, "Oh I was talking to my friend and didn't realize what time it was"........and no "Sorry", because they don't see a thing wrong with wasting another persons time.........I have 0.00 Patience for that!
