In my experience dealing with them for years is they are completely lack of flexibility and their sales peeps are too defensive when you're complaining about how uptight their advertisement programs are.

They will probably be bought and one company I'm thinking is Google, and that's bad for advertisers because the advertisement's prices are going to go up. Good thing is the flexibility is going to be great ( hopefully ) just like the adwords where you can turn the ads on and off as needed.

all the customers Ive gotten from yelp which is actually a pretty decent amount considering we dont advertise on there.. are all in their 20s renting maybe one in their 30s

and they all found us just on their mobile device when searching the closest carpet cleaner

Yelp for cheap collage kids and renters looking for the lowest price (a lot of times), AL for homeowners who will spend good money.

But yes it's sort of young vs. old.........renters aren't going to spend money to be an AL member to maintain their rental prop. Also AL is only service oriented, where Yelp is everything......food, service, massage, nails, auto repair and anything you can think of, there's no limit.

I still do $5-800 jobs weekly that come from Yelp, so there is an exception to those rules.........it's just most but not all.
