It's been a while man. Let bygones be bygones. There's only about ten of us posting but at least you don't have to worry about the soup nazi ripping you a new one for speaking your mind. You may not even want to post here and thats OK too but you belong here man. You help get this lounge up and runing.

Ed, you are one of the most honest person I've ever met and you don't expect anything when I call you from time to time with TM troubleshooting questions, please don't let anyone think otherwise.

What's up fellas! The forum format has changed some so I'll have to relearn how to post photos and some video. BTW if y'all haven't cleaned your sapphire up tool in over a year or more, you got a cat living inside that head.

Yeah regarding that "snake" or "cat" in the sapphire tool, I had to clear it out every couple of months or so, my TM mechanic snapped a picture of it 2 years ago when he was working on my TM and sent it to me with a message "customers have to clean their own tools" lol.

I wasn't ripped, will still do business with Joe. I just feel my work has made its course and now it's time for someone else to take my spot. I gonna ride the pine for awhile.

Had an amazing thing happen today. Had a new customer call for repair work, asked how he got my phone number. Get this it was from another customer not from a forum glad I didn't waste that 100 bucks.

Took the words out of my mouth, I do realize everyone is different and I respect that.
I personally would have to use a dish soap to clean carpets if there is only one person selling the best cleaning solution in the whole country and he / she disrespected me, I would not spend a penny to support his / her business because I would never treat my customer the way some distributors treat their customers.
Mark, I'm a huge fan of prochem everests, you certainly have a LOT more experience, I hope you share some good wealth of info in here when you have time.

I have to say first that I have known Joe only about 1 year. I learned several things from him. I told him once that he has the knowledge to hold the world of Carpet Cleaners in the palm of his hand. And he has some great products. Unfortunately I crossed his path the wrong way which sooner or later most people do if they know Joe. Thankfully I've met a few great guys through Joe's board. Eddie and Ryan are 2 of them. I'm excited about being on Cleaners Lounge and look forward to meeting more great people.
