Haha. I could smoke some carpet with this thing, 10 more employees, and 7 zippers.
Eddie is working on this Beast. He will be by soon to elaborate.

I knew a guy who had one of those. Real neat unit. Vacuum was incredible. Gas guzzler tho.
Re: The Beast in my shop

Re: The Beast in my shop
I thought you guys would like the beast.
It has a 100 gal. Water tank and 100 gal waste tank.
Roots 6.8 blower 2700 CFM notice it has three, two inch blower intake.
#56 Cat pump about 7-8 Gpm.
It pulls 17 in lift in low and 20 in high.
If the blower get to hot it dumps water into the blower to cool it down.
If you lay the wand down thirty seconds later the unit goes to idle then when you trigger the wand it goes back to set RPM's.
Five foot long six in round coolant Hx. Two four ft. Six in round exhaust Hx.
Six ft. 10 in round with six in exhaust silencer. Can you say overkill it has three speeds low is for one wand med. two wand high for three wand.
It's a stealth tristar by steam action

Tim (the tool man) Taylor is grunting his heart out.
-so am I. I can envision one of the large college apt complex, and doing 3 at a time all day long.
Those water tanks gotta be more than 100 gl.?

Re: The Beast in my shop
2.2L cat diesel motor. 68 blower. #10 coupler as you can see a large pump. $55000.00 or so. He traded in the other one. it had around 4000 hrs I was led to believe they allowed him $15000 on the other unit.

Re: The Beast in my shop
Pretty d@mn clean for a unit with 4000 hours, the pump looks like my GP in my everest, you mentioned 55k, is that the price with the truck or that's a new machine price ? Looks like it can only be mounted in box trucks ?
How reliable are those steam action units Ed ? And how about the parts ? Easy to get ?

Getting parts not to bad Steam Action has parts on hand. Just did the first service got the parts local the pump oil we ordered sunbelt didn't carry.
They are so over engineered that it rarely have problems just keep it serviced.
