Happy Halloween !

Well, I’m not big on Halloween, as a matter of fact I have to work tonight cleaning my monthly office account, been at it since last night, building have a bank in 1st floor and a government agency in one of it’s floor, so we have to be out of there by 11 pm and couldn’t start until 6 pm, so when they need all 3 floors done, we have to split the cleaning, kinda sucks but hey it’s work and I’m hungry, so anything goes.
I’m liking commercial more and more, no one breathing down your neck and when they love your work, it’s even better, they provide food for their employees and we are welcome to enjoy the food, different food every day, buffet style.

I’m going to dress up as carpet cleaner for Halloween, how about you ?

I was cleaning as well and missed out on the holiday fun. Spent 5 hours cleaning a convention room (7450 sqft) while enjoying snow flurries.

I knew you would start enjoying commercial work, so many cleaners refuse those jobs without really finding out that they are not that bad and some can be really darn good.

One of my first commercial cleaning jobs was a Networks center which monitored the area ATM's and recorded any issues so that maintenance could be dispatched. Basically, it was just 2 guys working nights playing video games waiting for a signal that a machine was out of money or not working.

The company provided them with a soda machine to help them stay alert so they had 3 kinds of beverages on tap. I used to clean the carpets, play a few rounds of video golf, and throw back a lot of Dr. Pepper.

Not a bad way to make money.
