Great customer service

Took a big chip out of my glide the other day. called Joe in a panic I need a new glide like yesterday. Joe over nighted two new glides like I asked next morning glides are at my door. Thanks Joe I couldn't stand the thought of cleaning without a glided wand.

Awesome. Joe delivers the best service ever! I know the feeling of being used to the ease of working with a glide and then not having it. I don't like that. I love my glides. Very Happy

Got my invoice today and for the first time there's a return envelope and it's pre-stamped, I've never gotten a bill with pre-stamped envelope included, your check will be sent out early next week Joe :-)

Rod,
I just got the UPS bill.... Overnight service cost a little more than twice what US Overnight service woulda cost, but US doesn't offer next day to small cities.
Sometimes UPS is the only choice.
But look at the good side... you got two-glides-for-one as compared to what Regular suppliers woulda charged you, PLUS you'da had to drive there to get your screwin.
Sometimes UPS is the best choice.
Another thing, I'm never gonna jack up the shipping cost just cuz I can (with UPS, the customer can't see the actual charges) like most Regular suppliers do everytime.
