What's for FREE
People love "Free" stuff. From the start up we have always tried to give something for "Free". I have two "Free" services.
The first has always been "Free" hallways and closets. It's a great sell closer. I tell the phone receptionist to alway say " and your hallways and closest are "Free". Add value to your service in terms of their budget.
Second we always give "Free" bottle of spotter for their use. It's an 8oz bottle with our logo and contact info. We always suggest they store it under their sink. Great place it's opened several times a week. This is an extremely low cost "Free" give away. Our clients love it!
I buy two cases from vacaway. They come pre labeled. Ready to go.
Do you offer "FREE" services?

Entry mats, car mats if they ask. I clean some pretty large hallways, one last week was 300 sf., not going there.

Re: What's for FREE
I'm using my samsung galaxy tablet and I have to download the image and open the file to see it, it's not showing automatically, and I'm also curious about the spotter, what's the minimum purchase and how much are they Ryan ?
I use home pro spotter and they're about $ 2+ per bottle but their min purchase is 4 cases.
Most of the time I give them away sometimes I sell them if cust wants more than one.
Hallways and closets are always free too, heck sometimes if I see someone really struggling financially, after I'm done, told them it's free, the look on their face is priceless, I just smiled and tell them "God bless you" and shake their hand :-)

160 bottles. About $200 shipped. http://vacaway.com/vaCustomSpotters/dp1 wrote:I'm using my samsung galaxy tablet and I have to download the image and open the file to see it, it's not showing automatically, and I'm also curious about the spotter, what's the minimum purchase and how much are they Ryan ?

I used to use homepro as well, but I feel an encap product is much safer and more effective. I tried the label them yourself one time and regretted it. I'm lazy and have better things to do than label spotters. Lol. So I have them do it and I just stock the shelves. I keep about 8 on each van.

Re: What's for FREE
We clean hallways and closets free also, if the job is close by we will leave a fan or two overnight to speed drying, custys love this.
Re: What's for FREE
Be careful when leaving an air mover overnight with the customer. Earlier this year I did that with an apartment after the renter moved in early. They were only 3 blocks from my shop, so I planned to just pick it up in the morning.
Long story short, I didn't get my airpath back for 2 months! Be careful who you trust.

Re: What's for FREE
That's cheap Ryan, thanks for the info, will have to check it out once my home pro spotters are depleted.

Re: What's for FREE
I thought about the free spotter give-a-way with S/O/E and the 16oz bottles . Found a place with the bottles and they will silk screen print for you . I will also clean entry mats and car floor mats if asked .
Re: What's for FREE
Hi Ryan, I meant clean the door mat or any other rugs in entrance ways.

That might cost too much depending on how much you charge, but if they do multiple cleanings a year it's worth itMo wrote:I've been known to close a few commercial bids by offering free protector
