Wanders VT14
More later. It's been awhile since I drove a wand with the valve and trigger on the bottom. This was comfortable and O didn't have much fatigue in my hands. I'll post more after next weeks use. Questions welcome.

I have a VT 14 and I love it. Depending on your blower you can really hit the high flow numbers. Mine had the five jets of course and I run 03s that's a 15 flow. Give it a try.

Man I really dig that window addition! I like that feedback so that you can see that you got all the water to provide good dry times.
Really smart idea there Joe.

Re: Wanders VT14
That window is great. Customers are always asking is the carpet dirty and what does the dirty water look like? They can now see the results for themselves. Is there a way to install a window on a VT14 that any of us have baught before this option came out???
Re: Wanders VT14
Okay tell me how to install a window. Pretty please!

Re: Wanders VT14
I think Joe Stole my invention!! LOL
I cut and put a window in my wand 6 months ago.
I'll show you a pic, as soon as the "Host an Image" button is working for me again!

This is exactly why I installed window in mine, just to know when I had extracted as much water as possible. It has provided some interesting info, on what types of carpet and fibers need more/slower dry passes and which only benefit from a single or no dry passes.

Very cool davey. I inserted your pic.
Too bad you don't have the window option for the vt12

Re: Wanders VT14
Dave, professional job. Way to think outside the box. I have wanted to use a site tube inserted into vac hose, but never did it. I am now motivated. I will do this to my PC Quad. Can you tell us how you did yours? Thanks
I am having Joe replace my VT14 head and installing a hybrid glide and shear kit bar. This way head is totally all new. I think taking off the glide on old head could be tricky since it is glue on. Do not want to ruin glide. It will cost extra but I think it will be an easy swap and install on my end. Also, the head that will be swapped back to Joe has all that on it for the next person.

Re: Wanders VT14
Might be a dumb question, but why hasn't there been a clear headed wand like the clear detailer tool? Now that would be amazing feedback of both the water coming out and the spray pattern.
Re: Wanders VT14
I considered doing the same to my prochem titanium. But I cant get myself to make a cut in the thing. It just feels wrong.
Re: Wanders VT14
couldnt someone make a completely clear wand, literally the whole wand clear except the trigger, valve
solid acrylic or something, that would be cool. would have to be thick enough to not crack but light enough to use daily
prob not that practical but would be cool
another option is take the site tube you can buy for 2in hose and cut it down to about 4in long so it will roll on hose reel, add cool cuffs to each side and keep it like 3 or 4 ft back from your wand toward the end of your hose run
