Re: HAZMAT clean up
Very good advice Rob and some that I will definitely implement. Not sure about the bird and bat poo stuff.
Rob is exactly right about it not being a service you just get up one day and do. It took me a year just to plan out and be prepared to handle this first job and it was small but big for me. This type of work is 100% about personal safety before you even consider stating to work. I'm sure I could have improved on how I did this job. As a matter of fact. I have evaluated how it was done and noted things I will do next time to improve the quality of each job.
Thanks Rob you have been a great source of knowledge of HAZMAT safety and application.

Haz-Mat training
Hello
I am new to this forum. I appreciate everything milspec6 had to say about Haz-Mat training and this is an area I wanted to bring my company into. I am in the San Francisco Bay Area and Phoenix, Arizona and I know I am up against a lot of OSHA regulations, training, insurance and safety training. The disposal of exposed trash is also a very important issue as milspec6 was saying. I have not started this area as yet, but do know it is a very high paying aspect of cleaning, but also can be very hazardous as milspec6 had stated. I am glad I came upon this forum and will be a regular. Thanks for the info.
