I'd have to have a reasonable explanation as to WHY filling oil filer with oil is necessary first??????....Can anyone actually answer that question?!?   

Because when you crank the machine with the filter empty the oil is lowered in the Engine when it's pumped into the empty filter, causing low oil level. It's just a good habit so you don't run the engine with low oil level.

Terry's buiding up for the big crescendo.

Cicero showed us a neat way to combine text stills and video that others could emulate. Quite good for a first video. I expect we'll see more out of you.

John's encap instructional video is the best I've ever seen.
Cool how he explained things as he went along. Tons of both content & cleaning action.
He's a real cleaner too so February goes to John hands down. Good job man!

How about one of you hwe guys go through a typical hwe job like John did with encap?
You gotta know he was thinking do I 'really' need to explain all these steps?  ans. Of course you do.
As obvious as it is to u ole pros, you know it would be hella useful to a new guy (and our customers).
You could even put it on your website as an 'award winning video.'
