does anyone offer controlled pressure washing?
Not a bad add on service, and you can have a big edge over regular pressure washing companies.
controlled heated pressure washing is more common now since water is recovered, less liability, less mess etc
I can see only a few companies offer it in my area, all of the ones I see out doing it are just regular pressure washing
Its faster, less water, and you could even re use water if wanted
this franchise is the only service it offers http://www.arayaclean.com/ its prob at least 20k to buy in on it
there is several ways you can do it,
one is with this tool basically a spinner for outdoor jobs

or with this set up

were probably going to be adding this very soon as we already do some pressure washing, could get some serious commercial work... maybe even city work

Re: does anyone offer controlled pressure washing?
oops I realized someone already asked about this in another thread below.
once you have a TM the only thing you need is a heated pressure washer like a steam shark

Re: does anyone offer controlled pressure washing?
Attempting to reclaim run-off from pressure washing seems like no small task.
Every state/county has different regulations regarding if and when run-off must be reclaimed. In my area, only graffiti removal run-off must be reclaimed. Another popular one I have seen frequently in other areas, when I was looking into it, was the run-off from large parking garages or automotive repair shop/gas stations due to the likelihood of heavy automotive fluid contamination.
The regulations in your area would be a major factor in determining the demand for including reclaiming into your process.
Your local regulations may help you identify and target certain niche customers, but to practice reclaiming on every single job you do seems unnecessary as it will only add unnecessary time and effort to every job, and you will most likely need to charge accordingly to compensate for the extra troublesome process, which may price you out of too many competing bids.

Very sound advice right there!
Re: does anyone offer controlled pressure washing?
I think there could be a good market for it either way, and it seems like recovering the water is pretty simple with the right equipment. Lots of eco friendlies that wont want oily water going down drains.
some areas also have drought issues, where reclaiming would be ideal
its not much different than cleaning indoors

Re: does anyone offer controlled pressure washing?
you see in the first pic and lots of others Ive looked at online, they are basically running a nice pressure washer with heat and connecting vac line from a TM going to the surface tool
its a little expensive of an add on, probably 4-5k for a good hot pressure washer, and a few for the surface tool plus any smaller hand or wall tool you need
