Odd House on the schedule

After all the discussion about home values, the timing of this one is interesting....and odd.

I have a house to clean in the morning about 30 minutes away in a neighboring town.  I always check sites like Zillow to get a heads up on the exterior appearence as well as the details.

Here is what I have.  Home is 3 years old, stone and brick, 3200 sqft, full furnished basement, single level ranch, and ONLY 2 BEDROOMS!?

I am picturing a basketball court with a room on either end.

Well, I wasn't far off in my prediction.

There were only 2 bedrooms. The entire basement consisted of a sauna room with hot tub, fully equipped weight room, an office, and an entertainment room.

Upstairs was a living room, a fully equipped cardio room with yoga area, kitchen, giant walk-in closet, and one bedroom.

Not a very lucrative job for a carpet cleaner and looked more like a Gold's Gym than a house. The owner had just finished his workout and was giving himself an airbrush tan when I arrived. I don't know what he does for a living, but he was on the phone the whole time and had a sweet Porsche in the garage.

Strange job....not liking the weather either, low 50's today with a strong North wind.

Reminds me of the house I hit a jackpot a looong time ago when I used to make 20% commission, I charge them $ 3200 and made $ 640 in 3 hours work

That house Bob is supposed to be a 4 bedroom house, he just converted 3 of them into office, weight room and cardio room, isn’t that the case ?

In my case, that home I did was on a gated community with a man made lake in the middle of all of those mansions, the home has underground car garage that fits about 10 - 12 cars, an entertainment room that has 2 pool tables, a huge sectional and a huge flat screen TV, a theatre with 20 seats, a sauna room in the gym room, and when we are done passing all of those rooms, there is a stair that goes up and voila, we are in the guest house 100 feet away from the main house, all of those rooms I mentioned up there were under his backyard

I am not sure actually Dp, it appears to have been built with that in mind from the start. Maybe is like a real life American Gigolo?
