Giraffes and cleaning

I just returned from cleaning a gift shop where there was the unique display of a solid wood giraffe. They told me they had grey carpet that needed cleaning, but it was actually a nice medium blue carpet that REALLY needed cleaning.  The before and after shows it pretty well.

It's not every day that you can say that you cleaned beneath a giraffe...even if it was made of wood, a huge piece of wood.

oh come on. you work in a zoo. I bet you really have cleaned under real giraffes, right?

Not the real ones....they tend to kick!

Ever get kicked by a 7 foot leg? Me neither...so far.

How long did you have to flush the waste tank after that one?

This is a little bit off topic but I was looking at Matt's website and was shocked to see his on time guarantee ( within 15 minutes ) but then I realized he live in yakima, I guess traffic is not bad there huh ? So what happens if you're late ? Or have you ever late ? Lol.

I'm late 2-3 time a year. Offer a spotter bottle free or a few $ off. The other day I gave away a coup for a free dominoes sandwich. And I'm generally very good about knowing how long a job will take and travel to the next job.
However, the site was done about two years ago. 2-3 months later I took over another CC biz. And about 2 dozen apt complexes. And feel getting away from pursuing residential work. NO advertising, no need to be on time, no worry about fast dry times, no need for someone to meet me(most of the time), AND repeat work. Last 2 weeks I've had PM call and say: I've got 3 units, I've got 5. One emailed and has 14.
