Damn he don't got friends or family either? If I was in that situation I would call everyone I know, take out a loan or something. I know one thing that bad boy would be coming home with me.

Is he allowed to sell it? post it on ebay let the buy have to worry about picking it up.

the guy cant sell it if he does not have possession of it and the only way that is to pay the taxes on it. 10k the government looks at that as a cash gain and will add that total on to your gross income. Then the sales tax on the truck mount. When Opra gave those cars away some many of the people could not even accept the cars because of the net taxes involved, many would have been cheaper to buy the car. and then not have the total of the car added to their income. Many would have moved them into a higher tax bracket.

Winning a large cash value item can be a problem. It's not like winning a loto where they already have your cash and they take the taxes out first before you even can spend a dime.
