I'm going to take a guess.  laughing ..........

Because powders are a PITA?

I have to ask....Why would you want a powdered acid?

Citric acid is also used in water purification to adjust the ph. We used to get drums of it in powder form.

The problem with a powdered rinse would be clogging your injection system (just guessing) as those needle valves are very tiny. On my era of Butler, I am not able to use any powders through the injection system at all.

because its much cheaper than liquid fiber rinse, would be nice to mix our own in large batches instead of buying cases of rinse for $50/4 gal

we dont use it all the time, but some situations it sucks to not have

So Joe, I can just use regular citric acid? like pH down? that stuff is just citric but it has an orange tint to it.

tried it in the past and it seemed fine but been using other rinse lately
