Wow, those are some ignorant employees!

I drove by the local Serve Pro franchise today and watched one of his techs back up AND over the green phone/cable box pylon sticking out of the ground (I don't know what you call them). He actually kept running over it for the full length of the vehicle before getting his front axle high-centered on it. That takes some determined ignorance!

It made me smile and be happy knowing that it wasn't one of my guys this time.

hes actually not a liar.

he has 4 aero techs and 1 sapphire direct drive with a #6 blower plus a rug shop

they charge over 40 cents/sq ft, and 3 bucks on area rugs

its a pretty big company and not a franchise, Ive read through their angies list reviews which are about 450 reviews.. all the listed job costs are over 500-600

I also know he is working off of a big loan so that can be stressful.

probably true, definitely on the forums.

But contrary to popular carpet cleaner belief there is such thing as business success, just usually the guys who dont spend 50hrs/week on tmf
